Let's talk about the job: We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic full-time Retail Assistant to join our successful team. If you have a bit of sass, street smarts, a whole lot of energy, and a genuine care for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Your primary role will be in our Retail department, but because we love to up-skill and cross-train our staff, you will likely find yourself working across different exciting areas, such as Personal Finance, Webshop, Jewellery, or Buys and Loans. You will be working closely with our experienced store manager, Caleb, and a highly supportive team to achieve maximum results for us and for you.
Previous retail experience—especially in electrical or jewellery—is highly regarded, but not essential as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
What we need from you:
* The Essentials: Reliability, honesty, and a trustworthy nature.
* Sales & Service: Excellent customer service, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to meet our customers\' needs.
* Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Creative Flair: The ability to merchandise displays and cabinets with an eye for fun and interactive displays.
* Drive: A desire to learn, excellent attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
* Availability: Please note that our weekly roster INCLUDES Saturdays (Minimum 38 hours/week).
* Clearances: The successful candidate will be required to provide a Police Clearance.

* $65,000 – $75,000 per year plus bonuses and incentives.
