What you'll actually be doing
As part of the senior leadership team, you'll be the clinical heartbeat of your home:
* Leading clinical operations and setting the standard for care
* Supporting, mentoring and empowering your clinical and care team
* Driving audits, gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Leading quality projects and ensuring standards are not just met, but exceeded
* Building strong relationships with families, the community and external stakeholders
* Overseeing feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Working closely with the wider quality team to lift clinical performance across multiple homes
You'll fit right in if you:
* Are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
* Have solid experience in residential aged care in a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager role
* Genuinely enjoy change, improvement and making things better than you found them
* Communicate with confidence, warmth and clarity
* Can lead independently but love being part of a team
* Care about improving services for older people at a bigger-picture level
