Role
We are seeking an experienced ITC Application Administrator to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility based in Carol Park. In this pivotal role, you\'ll take charge of business systems administration and continuous improvement, playing a key part in keeping our operations at the forefront of innovation. Responsibilities
* Administer and support business systems such as Dynamics 365 ERP, EDI, BI, CRM and integration systems, including related support tickets and troubleshooting user and system issues via phone, email, remote assistance, or on-site visits.
* Coordinate core business systems release management and end-user testing before deployment.
* Occasional travel to assist with systems rollouts or feature releases to new or existing warehouses.
* Requirements analysis with end users for feature requests to transfer user requirements to external consultants for system optimisations.
* Assist with infrastructure support providing level 2 & 3 direct support, including virtualisation environment management when required.
* Occasional support for standard Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk requests as needed.
* Ensure data security, network monitoring, and compliance.
* Undertake special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years\' experience in a similar role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with Dynamics 365 ERP with exposure to AR, AP, Advanced Warehousing and related modules
* Experience with EDI/Integration systems
* CRM experience desired but not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and SQL Server systems
* Understanding of Microsoft 365/Azure, Power Platform
* Ability to work well in a small collaborative team while able to work independently
* Self-motivation and relationship-building skills
* Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
