Our Drive To Create Great Instructors Starts With The Spinning Instructing Course. Led By a Spinning Master Instructor, This Comprehensive 1 Day Workshop Includes Practical And Theoretical Concepts In:
Cycling biomechanics
Bike setup and safety principles
Coaching skills
Crafting of class ride profiles and sourcing great music
Heart rate training and the Spinning Energy Zones
Visualization techniques to complement the mind/body
Spinning Instructors create unique, fun, inclusive, carefully planned rides that meet every rider’s diverse needs and are aligned with the studio or gym’s vision. Classes vary in objectives, whether focused on power and data, cadence (rpm), fitness challenges, or guided to the hypnotic beat on epic peaks and valleys.
