About the Role
We are seeking a Succession Lawyer to join our established and well-regarded team. This role is open to junior, intermediate, and senior lawyers, with responsibilities tailored to your experience. You'll work closely with experienced practitioners while also managing your own matters.
This position offers above-market remuneration and strong opportunities for career progression for the right candidate, including mentoring, autonomy, and the ability to build a long-term career within the firm.
Depending on your experience, your work may include:
* Wills, enduring powers of attorney, and advanced health directives
* Advising on estate planning, trusts, and asset protection strategies
* Client meetings, drafting documents, and providing clear, practical legal advice
* Liaising with accountants, financial planners, and other professionals
About You
* A qualified Solicitor with experience in succession law or a strong interest in this area
* Excellent drafting, attention to detail, and client-care skills
* Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach
* Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
* A proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping clients navigate sensitive matters
* Experience in estate administration and probate applications (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience in estate litigation and dispute resolution (advantageous but not essential)
