As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee site operations and lead teaching teams to deliver exceptional performance, customer experience, and educational outcomes. Develop responsive programs that meet industry standards and strategic goals.
* Design and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
* Build and maintain partnerships with universities, industry bodies, and community stakeholders.
* Promote TAFE NSW at key forums and contribute to sector development by addressing critical skills shortages.
This is a mid-senior level management and education role in the Education industry.
Your Requirements:
* You must have a degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience in vocational education and training.
* You should have high-level educational leadership capabilities in VET and/or Higher Education teaching, learning, and assessment practice.
* You should have experience in customer relations and be able to lead a high-performing team and influence, engage, and work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction workforce needs and the ability to develop responsive programs that meet industry standards.
