The successful candidate will lead high-level negotiations for multi-million-dollar development agreements and contract arrangements, working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to secure outcomes that deliver long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and implementing short, medium, and long-term commercial and contract administration strategies across multiple dollar projects
* Reviewing and negotiating complex contract arrangements and major subcontracts
* Interpreting and applying contract requirements at both Head Contract and Subcontract levels, including ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
* Managing commercial and contractual risk, including dispute and claim resolution, risk forecasting, and cost/revenue performance
A Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related discipline is required, along with extensive experience managing high-risk, complex commercial negotiations and contract administration in multi-dollar projects.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities are also essential for this role.
