About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Emergency Response Coordinator (ERC) to join our SHEQ team in a full‐time role, based across our Bunbury Pigment Plant Operations, Kemerton (Marriott Road) and Australind (Old Coast Road) sites.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our people and site safe by providing practical emergency response advice and hands‐on operational support. You'll support the day‐to‐day running of the site's emergency response program, ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and step in to provide medical treatment when needed.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll lead and motivate the plant Emergency Response Teams, coordinate emergency response training and equipment maintenance, supervise site security providers, and act as a key point of contact with local emergency services and industry partners.
You'll also help prepare the site for emergencies through equipment readiness, audits and inspections, plant evacuation and fire‐fighting processes, and participation in crisis management drills. This is a hands‐on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys making a real difference every day.
