Description
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews to drive strategic outcomes
* Analyse financial performance and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial models and forecasts.
* Support cross-functional teams with financial analysis and advice.
* Identify key performance drivers by consolidating forecasts
* Ensure financial controls and compliance with accounting standards
Profile
* Degree in Accounting, Finance with CA/CPA qualification
* Strong commercial finance experience in a complex environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Excel, Tableau, and ERP system experience (e.g. SAP)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
