Job Description:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in payroll management, preferably in mid-to-large sized organizations, with a strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process multiple pay runs for both salaried and hourly employees
* Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and procedures
* Serve as a key partner in cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Operations
* Maintain and optimize payroll operations using Ceridian Dayforce
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in mid-to-large sized organizations
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related fields
* Proven experience with multi-state payroll and high-volume pay runs
* Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and compliance
* Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce or similar payroll systems
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with executive leadership

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000.
