Technical Service Coordinator / Scheduler

Reporting into the Service Business Manager - West, the Technical Service Coordinator will be based at our Balcatta office in Perth, WA. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive operator. You'll be the key link between customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders – ensuring service works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Plan and schedule reactive and programmed maintenance works;
Act as the main point of contact for customer service requests and enquiries;
Monitor job progress and maintain clear communication with customers and technicians;
Assist with quoting, procurement, and stock inventory management;
Process service reports for invoicing and maintain accurate CRM records;
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, licences, inductions, and site safety standards;
Support onboarding, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
3+ years' experience in technical service coordination and scheduling (essential);
Background in MEP service works, i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC (preferred)
Exposure to direct or indirect technical service leadership (advantageous);
Proficiency with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools;
Willingness to learn technical aspects of safety equipment;
Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
Excellent attention to detail and customer focus, stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, planning, scheduling, problem solving, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, and;
Current Driving Licence.
A Police Check will be required for this position.
