We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in a hands-on, varied role. You'll work alongside the People & Culture Manager and leaders, managing training and development activities and supporting people projects that make a real difference. About the role
You'll play a key part in shaping our team and culture through effective learning strategies. No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions, keeping skills and compliance up to date
* Develop and maintain learning resources and programs
* Support people projects that improve the employee experience
* Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and deliver practical solutions

What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Education or related field (essential)
* Experience in L&D or a HR/People & Culture role
* Strong knowledge of Australian workplace law and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Experience with HR systems and learning platforms
* Experience with L&D in a trade environment (desirable)
* Permanent working rights in Australia
