Job Title
A Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse is required to deliver inclusive evidence-based clinical care and health education through Clinic 35. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously within a nurse-led model supported by General Practitioners, providing confidential person-centred care focused on STI / BBV screening reproductive health contraception and cervical screening.
The ideal candidate will engage with under-screened populations and vulnerable groups in Wangaratta and surrounding communities to promote equitable access to care, contributing to health promotion community education and strengthening the sexual and reproductive health literacy of the region.

About You
* You are a compassionate skilled Registered Nurse with at least three years of post-registration experience and a passion for delivering high-quality inclusive sexual and reproductive health care.
* You bring sound clinical judgment, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Your strengths lie in building trusting relationships, particularly with clients from underrepresented or high-risk groups, and you understand the importance of confidentiality, cultural safety, and trauma-informed care.
You're confident in health promotion, client education, and advocacy, and are motivated to stay current with public health guidelines, sexual health strategies, and emerging best practice. Qualifications or interest in cervical screening, Implanon insertion, and additional sexual and reproductive health training will be highly regarded.
