Your next opportunity:
This position plays a critical role in providing broad administrative support to our Bacchus Marsh team, including but not limited to purchasing, ordering, Maximo operations and compliance recording, assisting the Maintenance and Warehouse teams whilst also providing backup weighbridge coverage.
Your day will involve:
* Track and manage site costs through the online cost tracker
* Raise and receipt purchase orders
* Receipt and sign off of heavy mobile equipment (HME) pre-starts
* Management and ordering of supplies (ie office, catering, uniforms)
* Assist quarry operations team to manage their Preventative Maintenance work orders
* Assist in general administration/filing when required
* Occasional coverage as weighbridge operator

* Strong administration and data entry background
* Great people and communication skills, working collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficient MS Office skills
* Ability to quickly learn our systems and processes
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
* Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines
