Key Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Key Operational Support Specialist to provide key operational support across time sheet management, payroll coordination, and data administration.

* Time Sheet Management: Accurately process and track weekly time sheets for temporary and contract staff.
* Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to obtain timely time sheet approvals and resolve any discrepancies.
* Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
* Excel Data Processing: Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and reconcile operational data.
* Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll team to identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
* Internal Coordination: Communicate with recruitment consultants, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and task completion.
* Administrative Assistance: Assist with general operational administration as needed.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
