Job Description$140,000 Dependant on Experience PLUS Tool of Trade VehicleAbout The RoleIn this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and contractor coordination to scope alignment, scheduling, and final delivery. You’ll be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.About YouYou're currently in a coordination, technical, supervisory, or engineering role and ready to take the next step in your career. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in project environments who’s looking to move into a Project Manager role and take on greater responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage building services projects with a focus on HVAC, fire, and electrical systemsAttend client meetings to define project scope, expectations, and deliverablesEngage and coordinate with contractors and consultants for site walk-throughs and work planningReview and align quotes with scope of works and project requirementsTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management toolsReview and approve work method statements (WMS), MOPs, and access requestsOversee project execution through to completion, including progress claims and payment approvalsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligationsMaintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyWhat You’ll BringIn-depth knowledge of Building Services and HVAC systems, ideally gained through hands-on experience in a Project Management capacityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with Maximo would be highly regardedUnderstanding of safety, quality, and compliance standardsAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
