The Role
As the Junior Property Manager, you will be supported by a Senior Property Manager in all aspects of Property Management:
Liaising with tenants
Manage a small portfolio
Respond to all phone and email inquiries
Routine inspections
Entry Condition Reports
Managing Maintenance
Admin duties
The Person
The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager - Leasing Consultants will also be considered
Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Professional personal presentation
