We’re expanding our in-house capabilities and are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our passionate and fast-growing team in Adelaide.The RoleAs a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and technical development of renewable and civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our Project Managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure designs are innovative, compliant, and construction-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee engineering design for solar farms and other large-scale infrastructure projectsConduct design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering checksCoordinate with drafting teams and external consultantsSupport tendering and feasibility studies through conceptual designsEnsure compliance with relevant standards and codesMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the businessAbout YouTertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering4+ years’ design experience in infrastructure, energy or construction sectorsStrong knowledge of Australian design standards and WHS legislationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA solutions-focused mindset with a passion for sustainable developmentWhy Join Us?
