Position:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This position can be either full-time / part-time or Casual, depending on your availability and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Managing a section of the kitchen during service
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and food safety compliance
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
* Working collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH team
* Report to Head Chef / Supervisor
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Relevant culinary qualifications
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and during peak service times
* Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
