We are looking for a reliable Plant Mechanic to join our team, maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet ranging from small engines to 36-tonne excavators. Whether you are in the workshop or out on a site breakdown, you'll be the go-to expert keeping our operations moving.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain & Repair: Full service and maintenance of our fleet and attachments.
* Field Support: Conduct site services and rapid-response breakdown repairs.
* Diagnostics: Inspect and troubleshoot complex hydraulic and mechanical issues.
* Parts Management: Source necessary components for defect repairs.
* Compliance: Ensure all documentation is accurate and work meets OEM and safety standards.
What You'll Need
* Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent).
* Safety First: Valid Construction Industry White Card and Driver's Licence.
* Expertise: Previous experience with mid-to-heavy excavators (2T–36T).
* Reliability: Your own transport and a track record of punctuality.
* Tickets (Preferred): Forklift, Telehandler, or Excavator tickets are a major plus.
