CommBank’s Commercial Bank is looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team and provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of healthcare clients with complex banking needs. You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these Healthcare businesses forward. You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition. Your specialised team includes Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts – all committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and sustainable business growth. The segment we focus on is Healthcare businesses with turnover up to $30m and up to $10m in commercial lending requirements. We deliver on a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management. This is a role where you will lead and own a high-growth Healthcare portfolio with the backing and support to generate new business and provide valued support for our existing customers with sustainable business growth. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have experience in successfully building and leading a successful portfolio, lending up to $10m Have a passion to bank in the Healthcare industry Are highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions Use their network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business. This opportunity would suit an experienced Healthcare Banker who is keen to develop and enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
