**Event Health Services Team**

This position is responsible for supporting the Volunteer Development Manager to enhance the volunteer network by undertaking essential administrative tasks.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- Demonstrated previous experience in an administrative/ Customer service role
- Previous experience proving a high level of support to management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Advanced in Word and Excel)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as sound verbal and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- An ability to be proactive and motivated
- Strong customer centric/stakeholder service orientation
- An ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake a current Police Check and Working with Children Check

**Although not essential, previous experience working with volunteers and strong ability navigating various software and databases would be highly regarded.**
