About the Role
The Head Squad Coach will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of aquatic education programs in accordance with industry guidelines and training sessions within the centre.
This role involves ongoing training and supervision of coaches. The successful applicant must be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering safe, effective, and professional sessions
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of coaching practices
* Being available to undertake every allocated squad for a minimum of 12 months
* Managing and leading the squad team
* Handling additional WHS, administration, and planning of the squad program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Teacher of Competitive Strokes/Swimming or Swim Australia Foundation Coach Certificate
* Development Accreditation
* Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
* Working with Children Check
