What You'll Do
Scheduling Officers record and maintain accurate staff details including attendance, shifts worked, overtime and leave taken. They provide administrative support to ensure the Corrective Services NSW's workforce is managed and deployed effectively, key stakeholders are informed, and local operational and business requirements are met through the provision of timely and accurate scheduling of rosters and administrative support.
What We're Looking For
Operations Scheduling Unit (OSU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the team. Applicants must maintain confidentiality, utilize proven experience and knowledge to meet demands efficiently and effectively. A can‐do attitude, confidence and strong technical skills are valued.
Work schedule: 19 days within a 28‐day period, 8 days off and 1 rostered day off (RDO). Candidates must be prepared to work weekends, public holidays, night and afternoon shifts as required.
Essential Requirements
* Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
* Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and shift work as required
