Responsibilities
Head up the Property Management Department – no portfolio management required
Manage a tight knit, expert team that is growing Dealing with external consultants – they have a PM Consultant that has been working with them for 6 years
Managing systems, structures and procedures
Assist in acquisitions
This is a company that are growing organically at a rapid rate
Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with the team
Track where the business is going
Work alongside the Director / Management team
Manage and ensure all referrals are followed up
Set & manage KPIs on how the business will grow
Grow the team – recruitment
Day to day running of the business
Ad hoc Qualifications
We are looking for someone that wants to run their Property Management Business
Class 1 License holder
Previous experience managing people
Needs to know customer service – how to keep clients and landlords happy
Someone that is part of the Property Management process
A vision to grow
Manage KPI's – including your own Benefits
These guys are a growing business growing in huge numbers per week
Provide a full service across all Property Management and Real Estate
Some clients have an excess of 40m portfolio's
