Position & Responsibilities
As an Internal Account Manager, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on the management, retention, and growth of these accounts. This dynamic role requires you to collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs, and deliver commercial outcomes.
In this multifaceted position, you will manage competing priorities, deliver outstanding customer service, and provide top-tier support. Requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
* Demonstrated internal sales, account management or customer service experience.
* Background in Structured Cabling, Electronic Security, Electrical/ Electronics, ICT, or related technology fields is preferred.
* Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term relationships.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Highly developed PC skills
* Passion for technology.
* Professionalism, resilience and a positive outlook.
The Offer
You'll receive an attractive salary package aligned with your experience, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, plus Superannuation and Incentives ($10,000-$20,000+ per annum).
