The ideal candidate will manage the entire financial process, from payroll to preparing accounts, playing a crucial role in the company’s continued success.
About the role:
As the Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator, you will be integral in the company’s financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end payroll for all employees;
* All invoicing, payments and collections (minimal);
* Submitting BAS and PAYG/superannuation;
* Participating in monthly finance meetings;
* Preparing and submitting accounts to the external accountant;
* Archiving financial records; and
* Gaining an understanding of the manufacturing process and the unique, often confidential, needs of the multinational client base. This insight will be critical for accurate financial management and client care.
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end bookkeeping and accounts. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, from international clients to the team on the production floor. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable and be accurate.
