As a Venue Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily tavern restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels while minimising waste.

- Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.

- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
