As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional logistics experiences for clients. This is an opportunity to work with a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support and manage daily freight movements within a portfolio.
* Provide valuable insights into customer freight movement and potential issues to Major Account Managers.
* Review and report on daily freight movements.
* Resolve enquiries in a way that provides a superior experience.
* Escalate priority issues when required relating to all aspects of accounts.
* Build solid long-term relationships with account portfolios across a broad range of industries and transport providers.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Resilience, passion, and ability to work at pace and under pressure.
* A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results.
