Nurse Leadership Role

About the Role:
* Provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise in acute and aged care nursing practice.
* Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement improvement strategies and evaluate performance outcomes.
* Coordinate quality improvement projects to ensure outcome-based, custom care.
* Manage staffing levels in response to patient acuity and safety risks while ensuring safe and effective care.
* Investigate clinical incidents and patient complaints, implementing recommendations for improvement.
