About You

* Available to work a Sunday – Thursday Roster.
* Holding a LF forklift license is a strong advantage, helping you contribute to operational needs and enhance overall efficiency.
The Role
* Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success.
* Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step.
* Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time.
* Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success.
* Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
