About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at SCHNITZ MARRIOTT WATERS' in Lyndhurst, VIC. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of efficiency and profitability.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
2. Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive work environment for the team
3. Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
4. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
5. Liaise with the regional management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
6. Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to the store team to enhance their skills and development
What we're looking for
1. Significant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in a store manager or assistant manager capacity
2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team, achieving sales targets, and driving operational efficiency
3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive, engaging customer experience
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
5. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
