The Role

Key responsibilities
Leading the development of new and improved food products
Conducting bench work, recipe formulation, and pilot plant trials using advanced facilities
Managing customer presentations and sensory evaluations to showcase innovation
Ensuring compliance with QA, HACCP, and food safety standards while optimising processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable solutions
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Food Technologist within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, QA systems, and HACCP principles
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills
