Plant Operators/ Civil Construction Workers.

Positions are currently available for plant operators and civil construction workers on existing and upcoming projects in Bathurst, Parkes & Orange.
About the Role
HyNash Group Pty Ltd is seeking skilled operators and willing workers for their long‑term pipeline of civil construction projects. We are looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking employees to join our team.
About You
We require civil labourers and operators for an immediate start who show a commitment to safety, good work ethic and are competent operating the following machines:
* Excavators & Dozers with GPS experience
* Graders with GPS and final trim experience
* Backhoe & Skid Steers
* Dump Trucks, Water Trucks & Rollers
* Front-end Loaders
To be successful the following criteria are preferred:
* White Card
* Current Drivers Licence
* Able to complete and submit online forms and paperwork daily
* Previous experience working on civil construction sites preferred
HyNash Group is based in Bathurst with new projects West of Orange commencing in early 2026. Travel to surrounding areas may be required and applicants must be willing to travel periodically and potentially stay away during the week.
Renumeration will be negotiated depending on experience and ability.
