As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of sales associates. This includes recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as providing coaching and feedback to improve their performance. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with your team, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
