Hi there, amazing grown-up! 👋
We're the tiny humans of Only About Children Charlemont, and guess what? Our brand-new home is almost ready, and we are dreaming about all the adventures we're going to have! 🌟
Imagine rooms full of sunshine, stories, and songs… gardens waiting to be dug, painted, and danced in… and every corner hiding a new discovery, a new giggle, a new “wow!” moment. That's where you come in! We need a big-hearted, adventurous grown-up to help lead our very first chapter and make this place sparkle with magic, laughter, and learning. 💛
Our new campus in Charlemont (just 15 km north of Torquay) will be full of surprises : 108 bright, happy little humans, lots of indoor rooms to explore, and outdoor learning spaces where our imaginations can run wild. There will be spaces to dig, build, climb, and maybe even spot a sneaky worm or two. 🐛✨
We're looking for a Campus Director who's ready to :

As our grown-up adventure guide, you'll be joining us as we open our doors in early 2026. You'll bring your leadership, ideas, and heart to life through the OAC Centre Director Training Program, becoming the “CEO of our Campus” while guiding five key pillars : People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance. We'll support you every step of the way with mentorship, training, and the tools to make your mark.
We hope you'll bring :
* ✨ A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT)
* ✨ Proven leadership experience (we love fearless explorers!)
* ✨ Knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and early childhood regulations
* ✨ A positive, resilient, and playful approach to leadership
* ✨ A love for building strong teams and values-driven cultures
* ✨ Experience opening or leading a new campus (highly admired!)
