We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Specialist to manage customer service and sales enquiries, and provision orders for medium business and business plus customers. This role requires exceptional customer service, administration, and time management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.">
Main Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, processing and provisioning all customer orders, and meeting and greeting customers who visit the centre.

* Manage the sales and ordering process, including handling inbound customer service and simplex sales queries by phone and face-to-face.
">
* Assist with managing Point of Sale (POS) in the centre, including cash handling and order processing.
">

Requirements
">
">
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales administration, or provisioning role.
">
* Telco or ICT experience, with a strong understanding of O2A processes.
">
* Experience with Mobile, Broadband, Cisco, Microsoft, and Checkpoint products and solutions.
">
* Able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
