**Job Title:** Venue Operations Team Lead

**Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Venue Operations Team Lead. This role is responsible for coordinating the operations of significant state-level sporting facilities.

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for effective operational management of facilities under the care and control of the Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing. Key responsibilities include planning and delivery of facility management and operations, maintaining a clear planning and delivery structure, optimizing portfolio benefits from available resources, implementing procurement processes, administration of the Across Government Facility Management Agreement (AGFMA), contract management, and engagement with stakeholders.

This role involves line management of the Venue Operations team, fostering team growth and training, and allocating resources for facility event management, site inspections, and contractor induction/coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver facility management and operations strategies
* Maintain a clear planning and delivery structure
* Optimize portfolio benefits from available resources
* Implement procurement processes
* Administer the Across Government Facility Management Agreement (AGFMA)
* Manage contracts
* Engage with stakeholders

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience with contract management and procurement processes
