Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the development and delivery of complex program initiatives that support state-wide planning, preparedness, response, and recovery.
Your work will directly contribute to building safer, more resilient communities across NSW.
You will lead research, provide expert advice, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs are evidence-based, strategically aligned, and effectively implemented.
* From preparing high-level reports to driving project milestones, your role will be central to shaping disaster management outcomes.

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for public impact and a proven ability to deliver government programs that make a difference.
* Demonstrated experience designing and/or coordinating government programs
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
* Excellent written communication skills, including reports, briefs, and correspondence
* The ability to conduct and apply research to inform program development
* Skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* Current unrestricted NSW drivers' license
* An ability and willingness to travel within NSW and support other operational roles during disasters, emergencies, and other events
