Job Summary
Aurizon is seeking a Remuneration and Performance Specialist to provide high-level advice on best practice remuneration, compensation, and reward strategies.
* Partner with People Partners and managers to design and implement remuneration solutions aligned to business needs.
* Provide expert advice on employment contract arrangements, including support during mergers and acquisitions.
* Lead the annual remuneration and performance cycle, driving process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
* Conduct remuneration benchmarking, job design, and variable reward analysis to deliver practical solutions.
* Develop and maintain remuneration policies and reward frameworks.
* Deliver data-driven insights, reporting and market analysis for senior leadership.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are mandatory.
* Advanced numeracy, analytical and spreadsheeting skills are mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in remuneration and performance roles is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of remuneration and performance frameworks and legislation (awards, EA, contracts) is required.
* Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills are essential.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly, is crucial.
