About the Role
Our federal government client seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of technology initiatives. This role requires an experienced project manager to take full ownership from initiation through to closure and is confident managing complex stakeholder environments. You will bring strong project governance capability, a structured delivery approach, and the credibility to work effectively with executives, vendors and technical teams. A technical aptitude to understand solutions at a conceptual level, ask the right questions, and ensure alignment across all aspects of the project is essential.

Duties
* Lead end-to-end ICT project delivery, ensuring structured planning, execution and successful closure
* Develop and maintain project governance artefacts, including schedules, status reporting, RAIDD logs and transition-to-operations activities
* Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to align scope, dependencies, risks and delivery outcomes
* Manage vendor relationships, performance and contractual obligations to ensure value-for-money outcomes
* Oversee project finances, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
* Deliver clear, high-quality written and verbal communication to a wide range of stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering ICT projects within federal government environments
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure), Microsoft 365, and modern identity and access management solutions
* Ability to review cloud, infrastructure and security solution approaches at a conceptual level and align them with project objectives
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills
* Experience working with project governance frameworks and procurement processes
* Strong capability in financial oversight and vendor performance management

Casual Loading
