**We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Worldwide Operations team. As an AP Clerk you'll be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables. You will track purchase orders and process payments from suppliers.**
**While this role will be based remotely in Perth, Australia, you'll also regularly meet face-to-face with other team members based in Perth. This role is flexible with core business hours to be met to fit in with our existing team, it's 2.5 - 3 days per week.**
**Your responsibilities in this role will be**:
- Collect new supplier information and create profiles in our ERP.
- Accurately review, code and process supplier invoices.
- Process, rename and file all procurement and AP-related documentation as required.
- General data entry and filing as related to AP.
**About you**:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Good sense of humour - it's a must!
**Qualifications and Experience**
**Essential**
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
**Desirable**
- NetSuite experience.
- Proficiency in German would be an advantage - but not essential.
