About the Role
Our Advisory business is evolving and we are looking for an intermediate‐level asset management consultant to join our high‐performing and collaborative Advisory team. The role will be based primarily in Sydney or Brisbane, with options for Melbourne or Adelaide. You will work directly with clients to manage a variety of projects and help grow our Asset Management Capability through excellent project delivery and client management.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with clients to manage a range of projects and apply your asset management, advisory, and consultancy skills.
* Lead projects and deliver high‐quality work in direct communication with clients.
* Apply asset management capabilities across a range of sectors to help clients solve diverse asset problems.
* Develop consultancy skills through opportunity identification, pursuit planning, bid preparation, and delivery.
* Support national travel for short duration (2‐5 days) on occasion.
Required Capabilities
* Demonstrated asset management experience across Government, Defence, Industrial, Water or Energy sectors.
* Knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks and desire to progress professionally in this field.
* In‐depth understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles and their application.
* Passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhancing existing relationships.
* Ability to contribute to solutions in areas such as asset management strategies, performance improvement, system design and asset condition assessments.
* Appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or related disciplines.
* Ability to obtain Australian Citizenship and a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher.
Desirable Capabilities
* Experience in the application of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
* Experience in the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Maintenance or facilities management (planning and/or execution).
* Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and processes.
* Asset/Equipment change management and risk assessment.
* Previous consultancy experience.
* Experience in participating or leading assurance activities.
