The Role:
Millenium is seeking an experienced Assistant ISM to join our team on a part time basis at our busy retail facility.
- Support Daily Facility Operations
- Assist in conducting facility inspections and safety audits.
- Keep documentation updated for compliance (e.g., fire safety, waste disposal, emergency protocols).
- Track and escalate unresolved issues to the ISM or appropriate team.
About You:
- Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance would be ideal
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and management.
- Solid attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and audit procedures.
- Prioritising tasks and managing multiple service requests or activities efficiently.
