Our team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across various aspects of our business. We strive to automate and streamline controls where possible, leveraging technology to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery and support for review and assurance activities to assess and improve control effectiveness and maturity.
* Design and implement innovative solutions for complex control challenges, addressing design gaps based on a deep understanding of applicable risks.
* Act as a key advisor, building strong stakeholder relationships and representing the team in cross-functional collaborations to provide expert guidance.
* Drive continuous improvement in controls practices by developing and enhancing frameworks, tools, and processes for control identification, documentation, monitoring, and assurance.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of controls and control design principles, including methodologies and best practices, as well as assurance and testing.
* Subject matter expertise in IT General controls.
* Able to critically analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to address control design issues and residual risk challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex risk and controls information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience working with IT general controls and related risk management frameworks.
* Knowledge of assurance methodologies and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
