The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and fully qualified Counsellor to support a participant who requires a compassionate and skilled clinician for assessments and ongoing therapeutic support.
This is a Position that ideal for someone who is passionate about working with people with disabilities who have complex needs in a private, flexible, and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Counsellor working with this participant, you will:
* Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored therapeutic plans
* Provide evidence-based counselling to address emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges
* Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other professionals involved in the participant's care
* Support emotional regulation, communication, and social engagement strategies
* Deliver sessions in-home or in community-based settings within the Cobram area
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
* Full membership (or eligibility) with a recognised professional body such as ACA or PACFA
* Demonstrated experience supporting children and adolescents with complex needs
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
* Confident working independently and managing clinical responsibilities
* Own transport and full driver's licence
NDIS Compliance
To be eligible, you will need to hold (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Police Check
* Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
Location
This position is based in the community, with service delivery in the participant's home or local community setting.

Pay: Up to $143.00 per hour
