The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join #TeamDecon within our Network Construction business unit in Rydalmere, NSW.

You'll support the successful delivery of telecommunications construction projects through coordination, scheduling, documentation control and communication with internal teams, field staff, subcontractors and clients.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving project environment, enjoys juggling priorities and takes pride in accuracy, follow-through and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

* Support the day-to-day operational coordination of assigned projects.
* Act as a key point of contact for project-related activities and enquiries.
* Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking and reporting of project status.
* Coordinate paperwork, documentation and inventory for field teams.
* Support budget development, quoting and cost tracking activities.
* Maintain accurate data entry, data integrity and historical project records.
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to support smooth delivery.
* Respond to customer issues in a timely, professional and solutions-focused manner.
* Assist with staff coordination and provide direction to field teams as required.
* Conduct or support internal and external meetings to ensure effective communication.
* Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company policies at all times.
* Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

What You'll Bring:

* 3-5 years' experience in telecommunications (NBN experience highly regarded).
* Strong organisational, scheduling and time management skills.
* High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and documentation control.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to think critically, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support team outcomes.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
* Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Capacity to work collaboratively while also operating independently when required.
