Job Role: Centre Support Specialist
The Centre Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a retail centre in Toowoomba. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, this position requires excellent organisational and administrative skills to maintain accurate databases and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain centre databases and information systems with precision and accuracy
* Oversee contractor compliance to ensure seamless operations
* Conduct regular tenancy inspections to guarantee satisfaction
* Manage car park operations efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance on emergency equipment
* Conduct safety audits to identify potential risks
* Process CCTV requests promptly
* Organise documentation and manage filing systems effectively
* Monitor compliance and liability management to prevent issues
* Provide exceptional reception support and administrative assistance to the Centre Management team
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
* Support Marketing and Operations teams as needed
