Who we are looking for
* Warm and energetic person who loves supporting older adults to stay active, social and engaged.
* Someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults.
About the role
* Assist Bethanie staff in a range of fun activities to improve residents' wellbeing.
* Help engage residents in weekly bingo, arts and crafts, quizzes, gardening, shopping trips, sing‐along or simply enjoying a cup of tea.
* No two days are the same.

Commitment & Schedule
Commitment: Regular – more than 6 months.
Time required: Every Wednesday either half or full day for a minimum commitment of six months.
Training & Support
Volunteers undertake online Infection Control and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards training. All volunteers receive an orientation at site prior to commencement and further training when required.
