We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager – Victoria to lead sales activities and channel partnerships across assigned territories. The successful candidate will support tender submissions, provide product updates and training, and identify new business opportunities.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of two-way radio communication technologies and a proven track record in sales and customer service.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Victorian market. You will work closely with internal teams to achieve forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution goals. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to represent our organization at trade shows and industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage sales activities and channel partnerships across assigned territories
 * Support tender submissions and documentation
 * Provide product updates, training, and technical assistance to partners
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities
 * Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution
 * Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
 * Experience in commercial wireless communication or two-way radio industry
 * Understanding of two-way radio communication technologies (DMR, P25, NXDN preferred)
 * Sales and customer service experience with strong target achievement and deal closure record
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
 * Strong time management and territory management capabilities
 * Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers
 * Skill in sales processes, dynamics, and complex tender response preparation
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
